سياسة الاستخدام والخصوصية ٥ آب ٢٠٢٤ :
البنود من ١٢ الى ١٩ هي
بنود جديدة في سياسة الاستخدام والخصوصية الخاصة بتطبيق دامامواز.
١- دامامولز
هو متجر الكتروني تم بناؤه وخاضع للتطوير دائما ليوفر آلية عصرية للتسوق وتوصيل
المنتجات لمستخدميه في الجمهورية العربية السورية.
٢- دامامولز
مملوك لشركة التوفيق للتجهيزات والعدد وهي شركة تم تأسيسها وتسجيلها في الجمهورية
العربية السورية.
٣- دامامولز
يستهدف جميع شرائح المستهلكين في الجمهورية العربية السورية.
٤- من
خلال تطبيق دامامولز يستطيع المستخدم اختيار المنتجات التي يرغب بشرائها واضافتها
لسلة التسوق وتثبيت الطلب, ومن ثم يقوم فريق عمل دامامولز بالتواصل مع المستخدم
ليتم تسليمه الطلب على العنوان الذي ادخله عند تثبيت الطلب بعد الاتفاق معه على
موعد التسليم.
٥- للمستخدم
الحق في اختيار المنتجات التي يريد شراؤها وارجاعها خلال 72 ساعة من بعد الاستلام
والتبديل خلال اسبوع في حال عدم فتح المنتج الذي تم شراؤه.
٦- حساب
المستخدم على تطبيق دامامولز هو حساب شخصي ويجب عليه عدم مشاركته مع اشخاص أخرين.
٧- نحن
في دامامولز نخضع لأحكام قانون التجارة وحماية المستهلك في الجمهورية العربية
السورية .
٨- يتعهد
دامامولز بتأمين الحماية لمعلومات المستخدمين الشخصية التي تم التسجيل بها, وفريق
عمل دامامولز مستعد لمساعدة المستخدم في حال واجه مشكلة تقنية في التسجيل على التطبيق
او تسجيل الدخول بعد التواصل معه على رقم هاتف خدمة العملاء 0965055088
٩- دامامولز
يقوم بعرض صور ومعلومات حقيقية للمنتجات, ويقوم بإيصالها لمستخدم التطبيق بعد أن
يتم الموافقة عليه من قبل دامامولز.
١٠-
لتطبيق دامامولز الحق في الغاء او ايقاف حساب المستخدم في حال سوء استخدام
التطبيق أو في حال استخدام معلومات خاطئة عند التسجيل.

يحتفظ دامامولز في أي وقت وحسب الظروف الراهنة بإجراء تغييرات
وتطويرات على الموقع أو التطبيق الالكتروني وما يلزم لعملهما وحسب الشروط الناظمة
لعمل التطبيقات الالكترونية في الجمهورية العربية السورية.
١٢- يجمع
التطبيق البيانات الشخصية التالية ويحتفظ بها: الاسم الكامل – رقم الموبايل –
العنوان ويستطيع المستخدم تعديل تاريخ ميلاده والجنس. إن الهدف من جمع هذه
البيانات هي تمييز كل مشترك عن الأخر وبالاخص العنوان من أجل توصيل الطلبات. وإن
التطبيق يحتفظ بهذه البيانات طالما المشترك ما زال مشتركا بالتطبيق ولم يقم بإلغاء
اشتراكه وطالما نعتقد أنها ضرورية من أجل تلبية طلبات المستخدم. وجميع البيانات
الشخصية التي يتم جمعها يتم تخزينها ضمن مخدمنا الموجود داخل أراضي الجمهورية
العربية السورية.
١٣- إن
التطبيق قد يستخدم خدمة تحديد الموقع بعد موافقة المستخدم عليها من أجل تحديد
العنوان بشكل دقيق من أجل توصيل الطلبات و يستخدم أيضا ذاكرة الجهاز بعد موافقة
المستخدم عليها من أجل حفظ فواتير الطلبات ضمنها اذا قام المستخدم بتحميل الفاتورة
الى هاتفه.
١٤- يتبع
فريق تطبيق دامامولز أفضل المعايير العالمية في مجال أمن المعلومات من
أجل حماية البيانات الشخصية لمشتركيه من الاختراق أو التسريب. كما أن تطبيق
دامامولز لا يقوم بمشاركتها هذه البيانات مع أي جهة أخرى أو الكشف عنها الا من أجل
الامتثال لأي التزام قانوني أو أمر قضائي أو شرط تنظيمي.
١٥- تعتبر
معلومات الحساب البنكي الخاصة بمشتركي التطبيق سرية حيث ليس لدينا أي صلاحية
بالحصول على معلومات الحسابات البنكية الخاصة بمشتركي التطبيق كما أن عملية الدفع
الالكتروني تتم بطريقة مباشرة عبر الجهات المعتمدة للدفع الالكتروني في الجمهورية
العربية السورية.
١٦- يحق
لتطبيق دامامولز استعمال البيانات الشخصية للمستخدم لتقديم أفضل تجربة وخدمة
للمستخدم ومن أجل التواصل معه عندما يقوم بطلب شراء وتوصيل الطلب الى العنوان
المحدد من قبله.
١٧- يتم
الاحتفاظ ببيانات المستخدم الشخصية والمعلومات التي تم جمعها عنه من خلال التطبيق
حتى ولو قام المستخدم بحذف حسابه من التطبيق وذلك حسب الضرورة أو لفترة تشترطها
القوانين المعمول بها في الجمهورية العربية السورية، وقد يقوم فريق عمل التطبيق
بحذف هذه البيانات والمعلومات نهائيا عندما يرى انه لاتوجد ضرورة بعد للاحتفاظ
بها.
١٨- سيقوم
تطبيق دامامولز بنشر أي تغييرات تتم على سياسة الخصوصية والاستخدام الخاصة
بالتطبيق على تطبيق دامامولز حيث سيتاح للمستخدم الاطلاع عليها مباشرة وقبولها أو
رفضها مع الغاء اشتراكه في تطبيق دامامولز.
١٩- شروط
استخدام التطبيق من قبل القاصرين: إذا لم تكن قد تجاوزت سن ١٨ عاماً (أي أنك قاصر)
يمكنك استخدام تطبيق دامامولز بشرط خضوعك لإشراف وموافقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي
عليك.

Privacy and Usage Policy August 5, 2024:
Items from 12 to 19 are new items in DamaMalls application privacy policy.
1- DamaMalls is an online store application that has been built and is always under development to provide a modern mechanism for shopping and delivering products to its users in the Syrian Arab Republic.
2- DamaMalls application is owned by Al-Tawfiq Company for Supplies and Tools, a company that was established and registered in the Syrian Arab Republic.
3- DamaMalls targets all segments of consumers in the Syrian Arab Republic.
4- Through DamaMalls application, the user can choose the products he wants to buy, add them to the shopping cart and confirm the order, and then DamaMalls team will communicate with the user to deliver the order to the address he entered when placing the order after agreeing with him on the delivery date.
5- The user has the right to choose the products he wants to buy and return them within 72 hours after receiving and exchange within a week if the purchased product is not opened.
6- The user's account on the DamaMalls application is a personal account and should not be shared with other people.
7- We at DamaMalls are subject to the provisions of the Trade and Consumer Protection Law in the Syrian Arab Republic.
8- DamaMalls undertakes to secure the protection of the users’ personal information that has been registered, DamaMalls team is ready to assist the user in case he encounters a technical problem in registering on the application or logging in after contacting him on the customer service phone number 0965055088
9- DamaMalls displays pictures and real information of the products, and delivers them to the user of the application after it is approved by DamaMalls.
10- DamaMalls application has the right to cancel or suspend the user's account in case of misuse of the application or if wrong information was used when registering.
11- DamaMalls reserves the right, at any time and according to the current circumstances, to make changes and developments to the website or the electronic application and what is necessary for their work and according to the conditions governing of the electronic applications regulations in the Syrian Arab Republic.
12- The application collects and keeps the following personal data: Full name - Mobile number - Address. The user can modify his/hers date of birth and gender. The purpose of collecting this data is to distinguish each subscriber from the other, especially the address in order to deliver the orders. The application keeps this data as long as the subscriber is still subscribed to the application and has not canceled his subscription and as long as we believe it is necessary to meet the user's requests. All personal data collected is stored within our server located inside the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.
13- The application may use the location service after the user's approval in order to accurately determine the address in order to deliver orders and also uses the device's memory after the user's approval in order to save order invoices within it if the user downloads the invoice to his/hers phone.
14- DamaMalls application team follows the best international standards in the field of information security in order to protect the personal data of its subscribers from hacking or leakage. DamaMalls application does not share this data with any other party or disclose it except in order to comply with any legal obligation, judicial order or regulatory requirement.
15- The bank account information of the application subscribers is confidential as we do not have any authority to obtain the bank account information of the application subscribers, and the electronic payment process is done directly through the approved electronic payment entities in the Syrian Arab Republic.
16- DamaMalls application has the right to use the user's personal data to provide the best experience and service to the user and to communicate with him/her when he/she requests an order and delivers the order to the address specified by him/her.
17- The user's personal data and information collected about him/her through the application are retained even if the user deletes his/hers account from the application, as necessary or for a period required by the laws in the Syrian Arab Republic, and the application team may delete this data and information permanently when it seems that there is no longer a need to keep it.
18- DamaMalls application will publish any changes made to the privacy and usage policy of the application on DamaMalls application, where the user will be able to view them directly and accept or reject them with the cancellation of his subscription to DamaMalls application.
19- Terms of use of the application by underage: If you are not over 18 years of age (i.e. you are an underage), you can use DamaMalls application provided that you are subject to the supervision and approval of a parent or guardian.
