Micronised or natural progesterone is called Utrogestan capsules in the UK as is available by prescription. Would another type of scan be helpful? Do you see any value in me discussing the alternative prescription with my doctor? Yes, turmeric can have the opposite effect in some people. I suspect it’s something to do with genetic differences in coagulation or clotting tendencies.

Can you reduce your progesterone diet?There should never be a need to reduce progesterone. I would love to hear your opinion/advice on uterine/endometrial polyps? My hormone levels were all in normal range prior to commencing but it has been a godsend and alot of my food intolerances have disappeared also. I also take some vegetable cap that helps reduce excess estrogen, and avoid dairy, per Dr. Briden. I don’t want to stop breastfeeding but I want my period back so we can try to get pregnant again.
