I don' t want to eliminate estrogen as I need my libido. Some say 12.5mg a day and other's say 25mg.

Just wondering what that means Thanks

Would you suggest not taking an AI at first and wait for symptoms, that way I know whether I am susceptible to high estro sides, or just start with small doses of AI from the start? I have aromasin laying around (I tried it with hcg and dermacrine a long time ago). I couldn't find my sweet spot with adex and lost patience in the end. Thanks.Generally people prefer aromasin because its suicidal inhibitor. What are your thoughts?

One small dose at night and the next morning I can cut diamonds. I know high estrogen is bad, but I’ve also read you’ll feel like garbage with too much AI. Long term health benefits / concerns? Yeah definitely following that advice. I've asked this question in the past but getting different awnsers. Aromatase inhibitors (AIs), like arimidex, aromasin and femara, are also used to help fight cancer cell regrowth.

Where as arimidex is not. So does that mean aro works better, faster, makes you feel better, has less sides?I like Adex better. In the grand scheme it shouldn't matter to much Adex has seemed to work well for meArimidex.
I was really paranoid about it at first. 100% Upvoted. [4realz] estro much better under control for me with asin than adex.

Thanks ksman. Painful bacne. I recently started using a small bit of aromasin again instead of the l-dex and wow...I love it so much better. This is my first cycle and I will be running Test-C for 12 weeks @600ml/wk, I'm getting 4 bottles so I may bump it up to 800ml/wk once I see how I do the first part of the cycle. Any tips on how you split pill into 4? JavaScript is disabled. I see poeple say EOD and ED. is this something a beginner would be advised to do?Asin is better on cholesterol and it doesn't rebound because it's a suicide inhibiter, where as adex out competes e2, which is why it has potential for rebound.Just to be pedantic, it isn't outcompeting e2, as it is competing at the aromatase enzyme - e2 is the outcome of test and aromatase. Medical Editor:

But it is really good when used only twice per week and it also upregulates IGF (my levels are low normal), a nice side to it's AI properties.I am not a medical Dr, please keep in mind that this answer is for information purposes only, and is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace sound medical advice from your physician or health care provider.Yeah definitely following that advice.
I don' t know what e2 is but from reading from the convo it sounds like it relates to estrogen. Meaning that it(arimidex) binds reversibly to the aromatase enzyme through competitive inhibition. .150 mgs is not TRT and more of steroid dosage along with hcg probably put you into the 1500-1600 range no wonder e2 is high. I want to try arimdex as it sounds as though this will be the most effective for lowering estrogen which should in turn lower my water retention. Long term health benefits / concerns? If anything, it outcompetes test. But yes, its binds reversibly, while asin does so irreversibly. The rebound would come from the same levels of aromatase remaining, and some of them are new and some are leftover bound to arimidex, which then release, and you get the increased load of new and this newly freed.Vs asin binding to it, which then even if they stick around, cannot do anything, so anything newly created (and not bound) is all that can work.To the OP, asin is more expensive, but usually is more favorable to lipids (in addition to the "no rebound" thing).Either one will be fine but Aromasin is easier to work with. Thanks, That's probably what I will do. Press question mark to learn the rest of the keyboard shortcuts From reading the Anastrozole affects lipids, can bring on brain fog and can lower sexual desire. Thanks ksman.
