The dose was titrated to 150 mg three times daily over the next month. I've been on Effexor XR 75mg for a while, upped it to 150mg a few months ago and no change at all, so yesterday I saw my dr. (a new one at that, that I really liked) and he added Wellbutrin XL to it, starting at 150mg for 2 weeks, then to 300 mg after that. hahaI hope everyone is doing well, as I have not posted lately as well...I look forward to hearing back from someone!! It does make my pupils seriously dilated and at night when it's dark my vision seems like I'm on a merry go round if I moves my eyes to quickly. I guess I would say I feel kind of numb/ peaceful. And I was having them every single day!I’ve been on Wellbutrin for about almost 2 weeks now, for depression I’m giving it a seven out of 10 because I used to cry every day when I woke up , drove to work, drove home and before bed. Works like a charm... except I get horrible night sweats! I hate switching meds cause of the time I have to wait to start a new one.
