You have to taper off the medication and you have to take it at the same time every day.I saved beads and if ill effects were too strong then I would take individual beads until it stopped, then continue on the next day.Have been on XR 75mg for 4 years. It stopped my depression. Very toxic.I really think we are all different,in a case of a great tragedy, extremely bad Depression and Anxiety, Efexor XL is a good drug. Nice) I was able to help the brain zaps by opening my capsul and slowly removing more and more "beads" until there were none, but the crying lasted for months. My suggestion is to simplify your lifestyle as much as possible... that will require drastic simplification and major decisions but do whatever is neccessary to cut out the stress without drugs.
