It feels like someone is drilling straight down into my brain. after a while you do look back and say "wow I havn't cried or had an extreme low in x amount of time" you feel grounded and have rational emotions.I trialed it a few times, got dry mouth every time and little to no benefit.Great to hear that you're doing great!

I'm wondering if I should just take 1/2 dose the first time. Just upped my dose to 300 mg too, doesn't really have any side effects, neither any positive effects.

My symptoms when I originally started (at the 150mg) weren't awful: a bit of an upset stomach, insomnia, mild headaches and I easily agitated which only lasted the first 3 days. And are you still taking it?Can you describe what the crash feels like?

The third day I was on it I could barely function - I finally pushed myself to go for a run, but it wasn't easy.

I have pretty severe anxiety and have noticed in the past that wellbutrin has made me antsy and irritable, but i’ve been on a combination of wellbutrin and gabapentin for about 5 months now and for me, that’s completely negated the negative activating effects. I go to school, I go to work. If I can't fix the sleep issues I'll have to try making my dosage even lower but I think I can work around it now. I still feel the full range of my other emotions, but they’re less intense. I'm taking Wellbutrin for the first time and I'm taking the titrate rather than XR, just in case it doesn't agree with me.
