Otherwise, it worked really well for me! I also take Zolpidem(Ambien) as well and that only sometimes works(more so if I haven't taken it in a week or two), I have an highly over active mind especially at night and can never find anything that works for more than a month or two before my body says "nope we're used to that."

I take 20mg of melatonin and it doesn't hardly affect me, except for on occasion makes me more mellow.
