You just started using Retin-A (tretinoin) to treat your acne. I waited far too long to obtain Aquaphor than I care to admit. Week 1 vs week 13!! It's okay to apply every three days for awhile, then every other day, and maybe after some time apply every day. Buffering does dilute the medicine, as far as I know, but it's fine because you still get the benefits but as a lower concentration.
