I have Lyrica to chill me out now, though. The Wellbutrin helps me a little with energy but not too much. I have noticed lately that I am just "blah".
I am to start at 30mg and titrate up to 60mg QD. It keeps getting worse throughout the day. Urgent care doc just put me on Prozac.
The weekend can come and we have no plans because I gave it no thought.
The things I used to love to do don't even occur to me anymore - like tending my garden or making weekend plans.
I just have no focus. So, I called my doctors office and he phoned in a prescription for Wellbutrin with instructions to stop taking Cymbalta for 5 days before starting Wellbutrin. The things I used to love to do don't even occur to me anymore - like tending my garden or making weekend plans. Started with Cymbalta and then Wellbutrin was added a year later when the Cymbalta wasn’t working as well for me anymore.
I am content to just do nothing. I have Lyrica to chill me out now, though. Press question mark to learn the rest of the keyboard shortcuts Two of the 3 FDA approved drugs for fibro are SNRIs - the other is Savella (Milnacipran) (for what its worth; there are plenty of meds used off-label for fibro). i havent gotton the prescription filled yet.
I have been prescribed Wellbutrin/Lexapro for about 5 years.
Could the Lexapro possibly be making me feel "emotionless" or is it just, as you stated, depression that my current meds are not addressing?
My thoughts wander somewhere else.
I have headaches I'm crazy irritable and very depressed. We comply with the HONcode standard for trustworthy health information - Learn the correct way to switch antidepressants and understand why you should never suddenly stop taking antidepressant medication.
I have a headache and feel like I'm going to throw up. That scared me and my doctor was right across the street from my work, so I just walked over and asked him to put me on something else, which he did.I'm on Wellbutrin and currently struggling with anger issues. I'm switching from Cymbalta to Wellbutrin because the Cymbalta isn't helping anymore and I can't handle the side effects. The Wellbutrin helps me a little with energy but not too much.
Basically on a good day I can get a few things done around the house.
I have no interest in doing the things I used to love to do and definitely no interest in doing things that I should do (chores, groom, dress nicely). I have been prescribed Wellbutrin/Lexapro for about 5 years. The withdrawals are horrendous but I can handle it. The weekend can come and we have no plans because I gave it no thought.

I had to walk out of work one day because I looked at a customer and imagined 5 different ways to kill her. Not me. I sleep over 12 hours a day, I'm always exhausted, I've gained tons of weight, and it's made me whatever the opposite of horny is.
I have noticed lately that I am just "blah".
I have no motivation and am emotionless.
I take them both for depression. Ask me anything.Edit: I ran out of Lyrica and didn't have that last night.
The only problem was that when I went to 60 mg, I got restless leg syndrome and also gained 15 pounds, which on my frame is a lot.

I currently take Prozac 40mg QD and plan to switch to Cymbalta for both depression and nerve/muscle pain in my legs due to multiple sclerosis. There are three main ways your doctor can switch you to another antidepressant: xvii.
It's been a long while since I started on the Cymbalta, but I also started on 30mg increasing to 60mg after a week, and I think that I only recall feeling more fatigued, although that could be due to discontinuation of my previous medication, Effexor.
I can no longer afford my cymbalta so I have been without it for 2 weeks (I've applied for new insurance but that takes time) I feel like I'm dying lol.
Available for Android and iOS devices. Bupropion is the same ingredient that is in Wellbutrin.
I have no motivation and am emotionless. I would switch gradually to Cymbalta and see what happens rather than being on both. Fatigue is worse than the pain for me.

Basically on a good day I can get a few things done around the house. He is transitioning me to Cymbalta: I started 30 mg today and increase to 60 in 7 days, while tapering off of the Lexapro at the same time. As for the Wellbutrin added to the mix it could help with libido since dopamine is in play.
I hate to say it, but I really don't care how I look or how my house looks.
I have been prescribed Wellbutrin/Lexapro for about 5 years. And saw myself doing each one. It sounds like it’s working for you. I have a headache and feel like I'm going to throw up.
My thoughts wander somewhere else. I've been on it for over a year.
I have no motivation and am emotionless. Then the thought is gone and I move on to something else. Then the thought is gone and I move on to something else. I take them both for depression. And saw myself doing each one. BUT, i am have AWFUL withdrawal effects from Cymbalta.
