This medicine is available without prescription to treat minor conditions. Hope the headache's gone!paracetamol with caffeine are the only painkillers that seem strong enough to help with my aches and pains.

The caffeine element is likely to be low and its likely to be there so as to avoid drowsiness much the same way when you drink coke, coffee etc. I would advice you to contact your Midwife just to check that everything is ok hunn.
