I also used a soft cup after BD to hold sperm in up to 12 hours.
I didn't think I needed something like preseed but decided to give it a try as I was desperate to get pregnant. Ive read tons of success stories on other websites so i think im guna give it ago =) .. My CM has always been scant, so I have been using it for a while which really helped make bedding more enjoyable - but then when we found out DH has low count it was assuring to know I was already doing something of a benefit. now, this seems like a great story, but, it does not stop there.
I am losing the will to live and need some hope. Any success stories from using this? I am a strong believer when my husband and I decide to try for number 2, I will definately not wait for 2 years before using preseed again.

Currently waiting to ovulate. And out bodies are designed to abort any chromosomal defects, which is sad getting a mc for sure but may be worth it for that time when you get a healthy one!
