I have been trying to order for over 5 months now and each time I place an order, the next day I receive a payment failed email!!!
Have messaged them about it and each time they say they're having problems with their payment system! Still no response. That was 3 weeks ago and still not taking payments!! I was advised to use MasterCard which I do not have. But now somebody got in contact with me through email and asked me if I would do a bank transfer also offered more than I was actually ordering for the same price.I did try and contact the company to see if this was Legitimate but got no answer.I replied to the email asking them if I could do it through PayPal and they said they are trying to set that up at the moment.will not be buying until it is all sorted out.
Were easily the cheapest, and you could speak to them.
Please what is the alternative. They have no business keeping a website open under false pretences..it should be taken down. Conclusion.

I placed an order (1123705)on the 19/1/18 for 40 tablets that on their website said was 'IN STOCK' (it still says the same), I received an order of totally different tablets, ones I've tried before and found to be totally ineffective, I've tried to … Now am unable to place an order. All changed now. However, one week ago I tried a new order (with certified sending), and I have not been able to pay it, because it makes error with any of my credit cards. Only sorry that i cant order anymoore because payment fail all the time, no matter what card i use. There was a small extra charge added, however the product was cheaper than other suppliers so it still worked out cheaper, all I can say is I am happy with Exact Pharma so far. Been a customer for many years. My messages to customer services have remained unanswered.

Product arrives within 5 days. Although my order was delivered my debit card was used to try and buy big priced items from hp.com, luckily my bank stopped these fraudulent transactions
I have found out that they offer a 33% discount on most items ordered. All changed now.
