Since I have not had that shot yet, I don't know if it helps or not. Claritin D is an antihistamine plus a decongestant (pseudoephedrine). Headache; INFREQUENT side effects. Decongestants are less safe because, in simple terms, they speed up your heart and cause your blood vessels to constrict.

After research online and blogs out there apparently claritin the antihistamine used for allergies is supposed to decrease side effects from neulasta.
It turned out that my cancer had grown and spread to my lymph ... I've taken claritin (or drug store brand) for years for allergies. Has anyone experienced bone pain as a side effect of Alimta?

Has anyone had Neulasta injection to increase their white blood cell counts?

It's worked for me. It definitly worked for me. Claritin is supposed to be good when getting your neulasta/neupogen injection.
