I put up with this for 10 days and then started Lexapro 10mg. I'm really not feeling too well. Regards pledge. The Xanax is a great idea .. But I came out the other end and you will too. I decided to go back to 5mg on my doctors advice and after about 3/4 weeks i felt my first improvement in months . Going to stick with the 10mgs and try exercising daily and eating healthier and see how it goes.I started feeling better within the first week. I am on day 12 of 10mg of Lexapro.. my symptoms (anxiety/panic attacks) got slightly worse for the first 6 days.. since day 7, I have noticed a decent improvement of my symptoms.. I know what you mean about feeling weird. If you feel Lexapro isn't working for you, DO NOT just stop taking it.
